About Me
My desire to lead and help others lead a healthy lifestyle, led me to obtain my Bachelor of Science degree in Holistic Health from Vermont State University. My education from VTSU prepared me to work with individuals & groups in nutrition therapy, holistic health coaching, mindfulness meditation,
mindfulness-based stress techniques, Reiki, herbal medicine therapy, and other holistic modalities. My understanding of the psychophysiology of stress, nervous system disorders, and immune system responses fuels my passion to teach others about the importance of a balanced mind-body-Spirit.
As a Holistic Health Coach, my goal is to empower each client with the tools to connect to themselves in a way that goes beyond coaching. My focus will not only be in helping every client achieve their personal goals, I strive to teach clients how their mind-body-Spirit is an important aspect in achieving a better quality of life. This is where true healing lies.
